Hypnotherapy is a safe, empowering and positive process that can be enjoyable as well as life changing. It is proven to be highly effective in working with issues such as low confidence, anxiety, panic and stress, fear of failure, sleep issues, over-thinking, fear of letting others down and phobias. Hypnotherapy deals with the unconscious mind which acts as a kind of 'bank' for learning and automatic responses, some of which can impact us negatively. Hypnotherapy will help you update these patterns to more helpful ones, so that you can remain calm, focused and confident to perform to your potential.
During the session, you will feel deeply relaxed and peaceful, you will be aware of what is said and are free to speak or move. You will receive a recording of your session to reinforce the new learning made by your unconscious.
Emotional Freedom Technique, more commonly known as EFT, is an amazing 'tapping tool' which will enable you to tackle issues such as panic, fears, phobias and difficult memories. EFT is fantastic for resolving unhelpful identity beliefs such as, “I’m not good enough” or “I will never pass”. It is very effective and relief can be obtained in a few minutes, what’s more you can learn to use it to manage overwhelm and feel calm and confident.
Clare has over 20 years’ experience in teaching and therapeutic services. She has successfully supported hundreds of young people and adults to achieve their goals using a range of therapeutic techniques.
